Meditation for Everyone at the Bartlett Arboretum

Meditation brings peace and clarity to your mind. In this non-religious, technique-based class you will finally learn what meditation is and how you can practice it at home.

Every Wednesday from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.

Meditation brings peace and clarity to your mind. It helps you stay focused on what is important to you, and gets you get to sleep at night. It can be practiced by anyone from any background or religion. In this non-religious, technique-based class you will finally learn what meditation is and how you can practice it at home. This class is specifically designed to demystify this powerful tool that can help each of us deal with the stress and challenges of our
lives, families, jobs, etc.

Beginners welcome!

Meditation techniques include: breath, mindfulness, chakra, present moment, mantra, music, guided, and more.

Class is taught while seated in chairs, so no special dress code is required.
This class is appropriate for anyone 16 years or older.

$15/class for Members, $20/class for Non-Members
