September Break Out Day: Year of the Snake!

No school?
No problem! Join us for a day of special programs and self-guided activities
for all ages. Discover the ecology of these radical reptiles through crafts,
stories and meeting live snakes. Learn about the 14 snake species that call Connecticut home, take a hike on our trails to
look for signs of snakes and other herps, and create some great scaly art. Meet
snakes from around the world with Animal Embassy and have a chance to touch or
hold a snake too. Help us a create an "Why I Love SM&NC snake"
and end the day by making an edible cinnamon dough "snake" over the
campfire. Members: Free | Non-Members: Free with gate admission. For more information call 203.322-1646,
