Stamford Police Break Up Brawl At Dunkin' Donuts

[Name removed] was arrested Sunday for second degree assault and resisting an officer. He was involved in a heated fist-fight in the parking lot of the Dunkin' Donuts located at 135 Prospect St. in Stamford.

"Officers were on patrol, and happened on a group gathering in the parking lot; some form of disturbance," an SPD officer said. "They witnessed [Name removed] punching the victim repeatedly. The suspect observed the police present, and then ran. Officers gave him directives to stop, and at first, he failed to do so.

According to SPD, [Name removed] eventually surrendered.

Richard Delplato, 48, Huntington, NY, was arrested Sunday for driving down a one way street and illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Karla Gomez, 20, Stamford, was arrested Monday for resisting an officer and second degree breach of peace.

Christopher Ottinger, 45, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John Reese, 23, Stamford, was arrested Sunday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.
