Opened in 1989, Villa Divino Amore Nursery School provides 3- to 5-year olds with early education in a religiousMore setting. Operated by The Sisters, Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts, students are urged to excel while engaging in a daily program that includes group prayer, supervised free play, music and structured work periods. Parents can choose to send their children to Villa Divino for a half or full day. The Sisters, Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts, also operate Our Lady of Grace Preschool & Kindergarten on Glenbrook Road.
The Mead School

The Mead School is an independent and progressive childcare center and school for children ages 2 through grade 8.More Founded in 1969, Mead combines a traditional academic curriculum with expressive arts in order to allow children "to create a personally meaningful life."

The childcare program is open from September to August and accommodates children from six weeks to 5 years. Full-time and part-time options are available. The elementary/middle school offers half-day classes for children ages 2 and 3 and a full-day academic program for grades K through 8.

Mead recently started a My Child and Me program, which offers enrichment classes that foster interaction and bonding between parent and child. Classes are held once a week during a six-week session.
