Westover Elementary School

<p>Located on the West Side, Westover Elementary School is one of four magnet elementary schools serving the city of Stamford. Westover has a focus on Mastery Learning and Arts and Problem Solving. Their mission is to "commit the concept of educating the 'total' child."</p> <p>In addition to math, science, social studies and language arts classes, Westover offers its students instruction in drama, dance, problem solving and computer technology. The school's curriculum uses a combination of mastery learning, teaching/learning styles and the Talents Unlimited approach.</p>
