Telluride

<p>One of the <i>first </i>questions surrounding Telluride is, "What's with the name?" The second is, "What kind of food do they serve?"</p> <p>The restaurant's concept was inspired by the original owners' trip to the town of Telluride in Colorado. With its aged wood and elegant ranch decor, the restaurant serves a rustic menu featuring wild boar and duck (and chicken if you're not so adventurous) as well as a large selection of seafood and salads. </p> <p>Since 1996, Telluride has prided itself on hosting an elegant dining experience without any pretentiousness and current owner, George Slider, has continued this reputation with the Stamford community.</p>
