It looks like the weather for the week in Stamford kicks off in the low 70s with some isolated thunderstorms Wednesday and scattered thunderstorms Thursday. On Monday, the Stamford Art Co-Op invites you to come meet the area's artist community on the third floor of the Stamford Innovation Center at 175 Atlantic Street at 5 p.m. They'll be opening up memberships, so you can also visit them on Tuesday, same time, same place, if you're interested in joining.
On Thursday, the annual Over the Edge fundraiser to support the Special Olympics, in which brave supporters can rappel down the face of 101 Park Place at Harbor Point, will take place beginning at 9 a.m. Spectators welcome.
