[Stamford Snapshot] Building a Sandcastle

Children at the Activities For Kids Summer Day Camp got to play in five tons of imported sand.

 

The campers of the build an interactive castle out of sand at the Monday, tested out their creation then took to the most exciting task—destroying it.

Jerry Pia, Executive Director of the camp, was on hand to play in the five tons of sand imported specifically for the day. Started in 1982, Jerry's been running the camp for 30 years.
