Stamford Scores and Standings: Nov. 9

Stamford quarterback Bryan Boderick, who engineered the Black Knights' upset of New Canaan, has been named the male winner of the BlueStreak-Overtime FCIAC Player of the Week award.

Boderick passes for 241 yards and three touchdowns as Stamford defeated the Rams 36-29 for their first win over New Canaan since 1977. He also added 59 yards and two more scores on the ground.

Former Connecticut stars Rudy Gay and Hasheem Thabeet will be among the NBA players who will take part in a charity game in Bridgeport on Nov. 18.

Gay (Memphis Grizzlies) and Thabeet (Houston Rockets) will appear at Webster Bank Arena for the "I-95 Pro Jam," which co-organizer Oliver Macklin said came about as a result of the lockout.

Gay and Thabeet will play on the "I-95 North" team, which consists of players from Connecticut, along with Waterbury resident Ryan Gomes of the Los Angeles Clippers and Jordan Williams of the New Jersey Nets.

Players on the "I-95 South" team, which consists of players from the D.C. area, include John Wall of the Washington Wizards, Iman Shumpert of the New York Knicks and Sam Young of the Memphis Grizzlies.

The game starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets will go on sale Nov. 10. Tickets prices start at $25.
