The Stamford football team looks to conclude the season with a six-game winning streak on Thursday when it visits town rival Westhill for a 10 a.m. kickoff.
With a victory, the Black Knights will finish with a 7-2 record, which would be the most wins in a season for the program since 1995.

Stamford has not lost since falling to 1-2 following a 34-28 defeat to Ridgefield on Oct. 1. The biggest highlight during the five-game winning streak was a 36-29 upset of New Canaan on Nov. 5, the Black Knights' first win over the Rams since the 1970s.
Stamford has showcased a potent offense, averaging 33.5 points per game, with quarterback Bryan Boderick accounting for nearly 1,800 yards of total offense.

Boderick has completed 76-of-155 passes for 1,134 yards and 15 touchdowns with just five interceptions. He also has rushed for 661 yards and nine TDs on 100 carries.
His favorite target is twin Barry, who has 34 receptions for 400 yards and seven scores.
Westhill's goals are more modest: snap an 18-game losing streak and avoid a winless season. The Vikings (0-9) have not won since beating Harding in last year's opener.
With a win, Stamford also won wrest the Stamford town championship trophy away from Trinity Catholic. The Black Knights defeated the Crusaders 42-14 on Oct. 16.
Also on Thursday, Trinity Catholic (3-6) hosts Wilton (5-4) at 10 a.m. The Crusaders have lost five of their last six games following a 1-2 start while the Warriors are looking to clinch a winning season.
This is the FCIAC's youngest Thanksgiving Day rivalry with the teams splitting their previous six meetings.
