With seven starters returning, the Westhill girls softball team hopes to contend for another state title after winning the school's first crown since 1992 last June.
The Vikings do have some experience, but they will have to fill huge voids left by the departures of Jen Joseph and Julianne Vincent, who were the team's starting pitcher and shortstop, respectively, for the past three years.
