[Stamford Snapshot] Reps Congratulate Softball, Baseball Teams
During Tuesday night's Board of Representatives meeting, local teams were recognized for recent accomplishments on the state and regional levels.
Photos from the ceremony during Tuesday night's Board of Representatives meeting in Stamford, where the North Stamford 10-year-old little league and the Stamford Girls Softball 12-and-under Travel Team were recognized for recent accomplishments on both fronts.
The boys, for their win of the Connecticut State Championship Title and the girls, for winning the New England Regional Tournament. The boys are the first team in Stamford little league history to accomplish the achievement. The girls finished their tournament undefeated.
