Stroller Strides Thumbprint Apple Playgroup

Come join us for our weekly, creative and fun playgroup. We try to make it fun for all ages, and suggestions are always welcome.

This month our theme at Stroller Strides is counting and this week we are counting by tens! We will be creating thumbprint apple trees. We will bring a tree template and paints so your little one can use his or her thumb to make 10 apples in the tree and 10 apples on the ground. Let's line up those pretty pictures and count by tens! Hope you'll join us after class for some fun!

Join us for a Stroller Strides class from 9:30-10:30am; your first class is free! After class stay for our mom & baby playgroup on the beach 10:30-11am.

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"
