Patrick Jones, fitness expert and owner of Reshape by Patrick Boot Camp, is proud to announce Reshape 1000 Warrior Workout being held Saturday, May 19, 2012. The event will be open to men and women of all ages who would like to get a great workout while supporting a worthy cause. For a minimum $20.00 donation everyone can participate in this charity Challenge. 100% of all donations will go directly to The Special Olympics.

Reshape by Patrick will host the Reshape 1000 Warrior Workout at Roger Sherman Park, One Arch St Greenwich, CT . Registration starts at 9:30 am and the Challenge starts at 10:00 am. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.  For more information please visit http://www.soc.org

The Reshape 1000 Warrior Workout is broken down into two distinct workouts.

The RESHAPE 1000 Warrior Workout:

100 Jump Squats

200 Push-Ups

300 Sit-Ups

400 Burpees

OR…

The RESHAPE Jr. Warrior Workout:

50 Jump Squats

100 Push-Ups

150 Sit-Ups

200 Burpees
