And anyone who wants to increase your flexibility, get tone and get back into shape and health this is for you.
We start with a nice stretch, and then a cardio and movement portion to great music. Sometimes even mix latin & Burlesque moves. Bring a mat for floor stretch. Wear comfy clothing and a skirt over leggings or scarf.
If Tuesday class works we will add Saturday morning or Thursday/Friday evening class.Bring a friend and get $5 off
