Free Yoga Classes in the Garden

Free Yoga Classes at the Bartlett Arboretum: April 23rd - April 29th

Join us to practice the ancient art of yoga in the serene surroundings of the Bartlett Arboretum and Gardens. We will practice in the midst of beautiful flowers, shrubs and
majestic trees, taking in the sights, scents and sounds of our natural world, out in nature as yoga is traditionally practiced (when weather does not permit we will practice indoors).

We are offering free classes as below so that you can try out yoga if it is new to you, or just come and practice even if you are already a practitioner.

Yoga is a practice that brings into union the body and the mind. The goal of yoga is
to rejuvenate the body, increase its strength and flexibility, relax the nervous system and quiet the thought waves of the mind. This results in overall well being, a joyful disposition and relaxed state of mind.
Janak will compassionately guide you through physical poses(asanas) and
breathing techniques(pranayama) to attain this goal.

This is a great gift to give to your body and even a better one to your mind. Go ahead do something for yourself. And bring along a friend!

Some benefits of yoga are:

*Relief from back pain
*Increased Flexibility
*Increased Strength
*Relief from Stress & Anxiety
*Hormone & Blood pressure regulation
*Relief from Insomnia
*And so much more….
