Doc Robinson Memorial Golf Tournament

Dear Friends:

It’s that time of year again to start thinking about the Doc Robinson Memorial Golf Tournament.  Our 5th annual golf outing will take place on Monday, May 14th 2012.  We will have a continental breakfast set up at the golf course at 7:00am and our shot gun will start at 8:00am.  Appetizers will be served at 1:30pm with dinner to follow at 2:00pm with awards to be presented during and after dinner.  The fee this year will be 150.00 dollars per person, which includes greens fees, carts, your meals and a three hour open bar.

This year’s proceeds will benefit Vincent Bruzzese and his classmates who attend Cooperative Educational Services Special Education program.  CES is a school located in Trumbull, CT for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.  CES has classes for children from pre-school through early adulthood where they provide each child with teachers, aids, psychiatrists, occupational, physical and speech therapy.  The teachers at CES provide the students with a comfortable and structured environment, allowing the students to learn and develop to their fullest potential.  CES frequently updates their resources and learning tools so the children are provided with the best technology for their learning.  The students at CES receive genuine love and care from their teachers, and it shows by how much the students truly love their school.  The proceeds will help in the following ways: maintenance and purchasing of updated equipment, resources and learning tools, holiday parties and class field trips.
