In this workshop students will learn the serpentine and fluid movements commonly used in bellydance, including hand ripples, snake arms, indulationss and figure 8's. Bellydance is not all shimmys and sharp accents. Certain music requires and inward focus, slower breathing, and rich expression. Students in this workshop will refine their movements with grace and feminity while getting a unique workout.
