47th Annual Valeur-Jensen Stamford Denmark Race

The 47th annual Valeur-Jensen Stamford Denmark Race sponsored by The Stamford Yacht Club, Royal Danish Yacht Club, Stamford Sail and Power Squadron and the Consulate General of Denmark will take place off the Stamford shoreline on Sunday, September 9 beginning at 10:30 am.

The race is open to boats with PHRF or IRC ratings and classic boats (over 25 years of age) that are sailing under PHRF rule. Other boats of one-design or level-racing classes are also eligible and may race in accordance with class rules. The race will have starts for non-spinnaker classes, as well as a course for Multi-hulls 18’ LOA and over. A class for Ideal 18, Sonar or other similar one-design boats will have their own racing area.

To register, visit http://www.yachtscoring.com by 1800 Sunday, September 2. Late entries will be accepted up to 1800 on Friday, September 7 with an additional fee.
