The students of Rogers International School capped off Turtle Trot Spirit Week with the event's annual namesake at Cove Island Park Friday.
The 9th annual Turtle Trot, for all the students kindergarten through eighth grade, celebrated with a walk around the park that finalized their pledges miles walked during a weeklong event geared at raising awareness of healthy activities. Cumulatively, the students walked 117 miles for the week.
