Stamford Students Visit Maury, Meet Wild Animals

The students were introduced to some of the world's most exotic animals by none other than special guest Jack Hanna.

During an upcoming episode of Maury, Director Emeritus of the Columbus Zoo Jack Hanna brought his world of amazing animal knowledge to a number of Stamford students.

The audience included almost 100 kindergarteners from Stamford’s Rogers International School who visited the show during an educational field trip, according to a press release from the show.

At the end of the show, host Maury Povich surprised the audience with gift bags full of stuffed animals, CDs, DVDs, Zoobooks and Zootles magazines, among other items so the kids could take their favorite animal friends home, the release said.

The episode is set to air March 29. Check your local listings for air times.
