Summer Science Camps at Greenwich Education Group

These summer sessions, led by scientists from High Tech, High Touch, will change the way kids approach science and keep them motivated for the next year. It's completely hands-on, exciting and explains basic concepts in a way that they will always remember.

Science Discoveries (Grades K-2)

Become a scientist!  Participate in fun-filled hands-on activities and learn about dinosaur fossils, the seedy facts about plants, and magnetic attraction.  Catch the vibes and find out about sound and light; make bells ring and light bulbs light up; see a special sound and laser show; launch rockets and have fun with chemistry by making silly putty and gummy drops.  This program mixes your favorite chemical reactions with all sorts of things that pop, fizz and foam.

Good Vibrations(Grades 3-5)

Experiment with forces, motion, and energy. Push and pull your way through natural forces such as magnetism, gravity, friction and many more... Make UFOs and launch water rockets. See how we can multiply forces using machines. Experiment with light, sound and electrical energy. Build circuits and an electro-magnet. Change one form of energy into another. Make simple musical instruments.
