Outdoor Canning Demonstration

You are invited to our outdoor canning demonstration to be held in the Bartlett's vegetable garden. Master Gardener Cynthia Lupo will be showing us how to can tomatoes, beans, cucumbers and whatever else is ready in the garden at that time, using a simple water bath method.

Come with your questions and curiosity, and there'll be samples to take home. Children are welcome….they will be fascinated by the 3 ft. long Serpent of Sicily squash!
