[GALLERY] Mayor Pavia Dedicates Stamford's Evolved Veteran's Wall

Mayor Michael Pavia and special honored guests Dr. Michael and Patricia Parry, Stamford parents to fallen Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer Brian Robert Bill, dedicated the updated and evolved Veteran's Wall at the Stamford Government Center Thursday night.

During a special ceremony Thursday evening, Mayor Michael Pavia dedicated the updated and evolved Veteran's Wall at the Stamford Government Center.

In front of an audience of veterans there to welcome the new addition, special guests Dr. Michael and Patricia Parry, the parents of fallen Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer Brian Robert Bill, were invited up front to join Mayor Pavia in the dedication.

Senator Richard Blumenthal also attended the ceremony, and spoke briefly to those present.

"Thank you," he said. "Thank you for reminding us and helping celebrate [Veterans.] I'm so proud to call my Stamford my hometown in Connecticut."
