Cilena Andrade, 51, 11 Finney Lane, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

Gerard Dacres, 51, 107 Lafayette Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday for breach of peace and threatening.

Marquis Green, 20, 866 Resvoir Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Thursday for possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance.
