Third-Degree Assault, Second-Degree Breach of Peace

Lashanay Bellamy, 25, of 19 Victory St., Stamford, was arrested Monday for third-degree assault.
Danilo Chutan, 30, of 112 Cove Road, Stamford, was arrested Monday for illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a license class violation.
David Davis, 20, of 312 Montauk Drive, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree breach of peace.
