Stamford Police Charge NY Man With Operating A Drug Factory

Thomas Diaz, 33, was arrested in Stamford at 6:00 a.m. Thursday morning and charged with operation of a drug factory, possession of drugs, sale of drugs, two counts of risk of injury to a child, and interference with a search. 

SPD places Diaz's home location as Courtland & Manor, NY.

William B. James, 56, 45 Bayview Ave., Queens, NY, was arrested Wednesday for third degree burglary, credit card theft, and fifth degree larceny.

Herbert Sanabria, 43, 23 Orlando Ave., Stamford, was arrested Wednesday for third degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Juan Torres, 27, 164 Thompson Street, Stamford, was arrested Thursday and charged with four counts of sale of certain illegal drugs and conspiracy to committ a crime.

Lissette Torres, 30, 145 Frederick Street, Stamford, was arrested for various drug-related offenses, including sale of certain illegal drugs.
