Xenia Gazarkh, 32, of 133 Tresser Blvd, Stamford, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on March 8 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive right.

Alexander Horner, 43, of 277 Fairfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on March 7 and charged with violation of probation.

Kevin Kozikowski, 29, of 59 Longview Ave., Bristol, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on March 7 was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary.

Juan Mejia, 33, of 52 Dora St., Stamford, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on March 7 and charged with possession of marijuana, failure to display lights and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Vincent Mulvey, 54, of 259 Prospect St., Torrington, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on March 7 was arrested and charged with making/offering to make home improvements without current certificate of registration.

Krist Pepaj, 26, of 30 Dora St., Stamford, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on March 7 and charged with violation of probation.

Jonathon Saint-Louis, 49, of 169 Hope St., Stamford, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on March 7 and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

Christopher Simonelli, 22, of 28 Pine Hill Ave., Stamford, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on March 7 and charged him with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
