arrested Angelo Louis Villares, 45, of 597 Pacific St., at 5:45 p.m. Thursday and charged him with first-degree criminal trespass.

He returned to a housing complex after being told not to do so, police said.

Robert Ian Chambers, 27, of 36 Michaela Circle, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Thursday and charged with third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Police arrested Eric Leaverne Cooper, 18, of 53 Clinton Ave., at 11:09 p.m. Thursday and charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief.

Derek Davis, 40, of 112 Woodside Green, was arrested at 5:39 a.m. Thursday and charged him with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police arrested Olivier Josue Fuentes-Ramirez, 21, at 1:12 a.m. Friday and charged him with second-degree breach of peace.

Besnik Muriqi, 22, of 40 Travis Ave., at 10 p.m. Thursday and charged him with three counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police arrested Elmer Romeo Oliva, 35, of 101 Dora St., at 7:21 p.m. Thursday and charged him with evading responsibility, illegal operation of a motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Sarina Louise Sawyer, 35, of 791 Atlantic St., was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Thursday and charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Police arrested Brian Thomas Towles, 18, of 73 Connecticut Ave., at 11:19 p.m. Thursday and charged him with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
