Stamford Police Blotter: March 14

Police arrested Fredy Polanco-Colindres, 34, of 79 Taylor St., at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday and charged him with first-degree criminal mischief.

He is accused of vandalizing cars on Manhattan Street, according to police.

Alton Davis, 24, of 1512 North Ave., was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday and charged with sale of illegal drugs.

Police arrested Larry Halmon, 53, of 131 Ludlow St., at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday and charged him with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Norman Lloyd, 50, of 62 Durant St., was arrested at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school.
