Xiaochuan Lu, 45, of 161 Weed Ave., Stamford, was arrested on March 11 at 8:30 p.m. for disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
Jose Mazariegos-Lopez, 29, of 219 Wardwell St., Stamford, was arrested on March 12 at 12:55 a.m. for evading responsibility for a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to obey a stop sign.
