Stamford Arrests

Ian Kameel Ali, 30, of 338 Beach 69th St. in Queens, NY, was charged Wednesday morning with second-degree failure to appear.

Shamari Melony Bailey, 20, of Southfield Ave., was charged Wednesday night with failure to pay or plead to an infraction.

Edson Casseus, 26, of W. Main St., was charged Wednesday night with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, conspiracy to commit a crime, conspiracy to commit a crime/possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, second-degree failure to appear.

Puja Chirnomula, 36, of Oxford Ct., was charged Wednesday evening with second-degree failure to appear.

Tamika Nicole Davis, 36, of Shrek St. in Buffalo, NY, was charged Wednesday morning with three counts violation of probation. 

Osman Espinoza, 29, of Spruce St., was charged Wednesday evening with Possession of marijuana.

Anthony Lamont Heath, 26, of Cleveland St. in Danbury, was charged early Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and operation of a drug factory.

James Jackson, 49,of S. Pacific St., was charged Wednesday afternoon with fifth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a dangerous weapon and interfering with an officer/resisting.

Carlos Lemus, 21, of Wilson St., was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Alberto Lopez, 22, of Anderson St., was charged Wednesday evening with reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without a license, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to insure a a private motor vehicle. 

Cedrick M. Millien, 27, of N.Whittlesey Ave. in Walingford, was charged Wednesday night with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, conspiracy to commit a crime/possession of narcotics and conspiracy to commit a crime/possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Jose Enrique Montanez, 27, of Horace st. in Bridgeport, was charged with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs and possession of marijuana.

David Morales Martiez, 29, of W. Main St., was charged early Thursday with disorderly conduct.

Thomas Paul Murphy, 50, of Greenwich Ave., was charged Wednesday evening with possession of narcotics and drinking while driving.
