Stamford Police Blotter for 9/20

Adam Bashir, 19, of Wascussee Ln., was charged Tuesday morning with posession of a controlled substance, failure to keep narcotics in an organized container and second-degree hindering prosecution.

Kenneth J Belle,32, of Hamilton Ave., was charged Tuesday afternoon with evading responsibility while causing property damage or injury.

Samuel Elie, 36, of Ivy St., was cahrged Tuesday morning with three counts first-degree failure to appear and one count second-degree failure to appear.

Lusy Gonzales, 34, of Congress St., was charged Tuesday night with disprderly conduct and third-degree assault.
