Robert Burgos, 38, of Lombard St. in New Haven, was charged Tuesday night with second-degree failure to appear.

Francisco Diaz-Catalan, 37, of Pacific St., was charged early Wednesday morning with third-degree criminal trespass.

Diego Lopez, 26, of Pepper Ridge Rd., was charged Tuesday night with violation of probation.

Talmon Reddic, 28, of Smith St., was charged early Wednesday morning with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault anf disorderly conduct.

Kevin Restrepo, 22, of Cove Rd., was charged Tuesday morning with two counts second-degree failure to appear.

Jennifer Siberion, 25, of Webbs Hill Rd., was charged early Wednesday morning with second-degree failure to appear.

Leyzer Estardo Sosa, 26, of Knickerbocker Ave., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension and interfering with an officer/resisting.
