Stamford Arrests

Lloyd Barham, 29, of Diaz St., was charged early Monday morning with interfering with an officer/resisting, possession of marijuana and two counts of violation of probation.

Elvy Carpio, 44, of Fairfield Ave., was charged Sunday night with evading responsibility, improper use of traffic control signals and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Elgar Alberto Deleon, 41, of Liberty St., was charged early Monday morning with evading responsibility in a motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Fabian E. Garvey, 18, of Scofield Ave., was charged Sunday evening with Disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Anson Lazarus Purvis, 37, of Pacific St., was charged Monday morning with Possession of hallucinogenics, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
