Arrest information is supplied by the Stamford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Stamford police arrested a 24-year-old city man at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday and charged him with disorderly conduct.

Yefrey Sermeno, of 76 West Broad St., is accused of shoving a woman and striking her in the face, according to police.

Sermeno called 911 and reported that a woman was acting hysterically and appeared to be on drugs, police said. Arriving at the home, police said they found that the woman only spoke Spanish, and learned through a translator that she claimed to have been struck by Sermeno.
