Stamford Home Window Shot Out Sunday Night

Police said the residents of the house failed to report the incident until the following morning.

 

Stamford police are looking into a shooting that occurred Sunday night at a residence on Connecticut Ave. in which three bullets entered into an unoccupied bedroom.

Lt. Diedrich Hohn confirmed the incident occurred, but said the residents at the house were being uncooperative and failed to even report the incident until the following day.

Juana Apgar, 57, of Weed Hill Ave., was charged Sunday afternoon with evading responsibility in a motor vehicle.

Manuel J Becerra, 35, of Seaside Ave., was charged early Monday morning with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Miguel Ange Calderon-Torres, 22, of Alden St., was charged Sunday night with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

Lorena Gutierrez, 22, of Virgil St., was charged Sunday morning with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Mauricio Nava-Morales, 34, of Woodland Pl., was charged early Monday morning with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Aaron Pharr, 19, of Lockwood Ave., was charged early Sunday morning with sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear.

Krystal Sheree Preyer, 24, of Liberty St., was charged Sunday night with third-degree assault.
