Second Man Accused of Stamford Laundromat Murder Pleads Not Guilty
Ivan Silva-Perez, 19, of 23 Ann St., Stamford, reportedly waived his right to a probable cause hearing and entered a plea of not guilty on Tuesday at state Superior Court in Stamford.
One of two men accused of beating Stamford resident Jimmy DeCrescenzo to death inside Uncle Buck's Laundromat in June has reportedly pleaded not guilty.
According to a report in the Stamford Advocate, Ivan Silva-Perez, 19, of 23 Ann St., Stamford, waived his right to a probable cause hearing and entered a plea of not guilty on Tuesday at state Superior Court in Stamford.
The other man accused of murdering DeCrescenzo, Elmer Saenz-Machado, 35, also of Stamford, pleaded not guilty in early October. He too waived his right to a probable cause hearing.

Each is being held on a $1 million bond. In addition to facing a felony murder charge, each also faces charges of first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery.
Both are scheduled to appear in court again on Dec. 14, when pre-trial negotiations will take place, according to the report.
