Carlos Castro-Villalobos, 34, of Richmond Hill Ave., charged Tuesday afternoon with third-degree assault causing physical injury and criminal violation of a restraining order.

Puja Chirnomula, 20, of Oxford Ct., charged Tuesday night with two counts second-degree failure to appear.

David Jackson, 42, of Stillwater Ave., charged Tuesday morning with second-degree harassment and criminal violation of a restraining order.

Coraima Sucely Orellana, 19, of Hope St., charged early Wednesday with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Miliva Jeanett Orellana, 21, of Hope St., charged Tuesday night with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child.

Adam Reed Platko, 42, of S. Pacific St., charged Tuesday night with possession of narcotics.

Daniel Rock, 45, of Merrit St. in Norwalk, charged Tuesday night with possession of narcotics.

Ricardo Silvagni, 59, of Dundee Rd., charged Tuesday afternoon with improper parking, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle and fallure to insure a private motor vehicle.

Villeda Sulms, 40, of Hope St., charged early Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
