The following arrest information was provided by the Stamford Police Department:
Marcela Zuleta, 31, of 31 Woodbury Ave., Norwalk, was charged with failure to appear in the second degree on April 18 at 9:37 a.m.
Alan Giraldo, 22, of 115 Lawn Avenue, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call on April 18 at 11:38 p.m.

Daryl Pettit, 31, of 39 Durant Street, was arrested for violation of probation on April 19 at 12:46 a.m.
Davante Mercel Lewis, 18, of 18 Avon Lane, was charged with third-degree larceny (motor vehicle theft) at 10:21 a.m. on April 19.
