Police ask Public for Help IDing Stamford Collision Victim

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle early Thursday.

A pedestrian was taken to Stamford Hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle Thursday morning, police said Thursday afternoon. 

A pedestrian attempting to cross the intersection at Washington Boulevard and Hoyt Street was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound on Washington Blvd. Police said the victim did not appear to be in the crosswalk at the time of the incident.

Stamford police have been unable to positively identify the pedestrian. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 203.977.4712. No further information or identifying features were released about the pedestrian.

Louis Feliciano, 46, of Hoyt St., was charged Wednesday afternoon with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Louis Antonio Felicano, 27, of Darien, was charged Wednesday afternoon with first-degree failure to appear.

Josett Hyppolite, 21, of Finney Ln., was charged Wednesday night with third-degree criminal trespass.

Michael J. Lumento, 29, of Hoton St., was charged Wednesday night with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear. 

Lisa S. Ragsdale, 44, of Greenwich Ave., was charged Thursday morning with obtaining drugs illegally and possession of narcotics.

Stacey Sally Vigna, 30, of Drake Ave. in New Rochelle, NY, was charged Wednesday afternoon with disorderly conduct (fighting with a dangerous instrument capable of causing serious injury.)
