Ex-Boyfriend and Friends Charged With Ambushing Stillwater Woman

Stamford's Frank Miller has been arrested for allegedly driving three female accomplices to his ex-girlfriend's Stillwater Ave. home where they beat her, spit on her, and harassed her via text messages.

A Stamford male, his girlfriend, and two other women were arrested Tuesday evening and charged with varied assault charges for attacking a female victim at Stillwater Ave., allegedly spitting on her while they did so.

"An officer initiated a traffic stop, and a woman ran up to the officer and said that she'd been attacked," SPD's Sgt. Robert Littlejohn said. "The victim said that her ex-boyfriend, Frank Miller, came to her residence on Stillwater Ave. with his new girlfriend and two other women. They attacked her in the parking lot."

According to Littlejohn, the victim stated that when she arrived at her home late Tuesday evening, she saw Miller's Jetta pull into the parking lot. She reportedly heard someone yell "There she go, right there," and three women rushed towards her.

"The victim stated that they knocked her to the ground, and although she covered up, they kept kicking her," Littlejohn said. "One of the women spit on her head while she was on the ground, and repeatedly yelled 'Stop tangoing with the phone, bitch' to the victim."

SPD further reports that after the female victim escaped her attackers, they continued to harass her while she was inside of her home.

"After the incident occured, she received a text message that said 'I'm going to catch your ass'," Littlejohn said.

The female victim later went to Stamford Hospital, where she was treated for minor abrasions and injuries to her face and elbows. According to SPD, as the victim knew all of her attackers, they were easy to identify and find.

"An officer later found the suspects all in a Jetta on Seaton Road. They were arrested on the spot," Littlejohn said.

All four suspects in the Stillwater Ave. ambush are being held on $5,000 bonds, and will appear in court later this week. The female victim was later released from Stamford Hospital.
