Orlando Chinchilla, 48, of Spruce St., charged Wednesday morning wih operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Ashley Marie Pelazza, 21, of Alton Rd., charged Tuesday afternoon with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
