Jeron Capric, 32, of Tehama St. in Brooklyn, NY, charged Tuesday night with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, illegal operation of a motor vehicle in violaiton os a license class and two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.

Ilir Celjai, 34, of McDonald Ave. in Brooklyn, NY, charged Tuesday night with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Orlando Chinchilla, 48, of Spruce St., charged Wednesday morning wih operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Pristina Dumas, 18, of Hoyt St., charged Tuesday night with creating a public disturbance and third-degree criminal mischief.

Thomas Robert Golterman, 42, of Lafayette St., charged Tuesday night with violation of probation.

Nikesha Nichell McDowell, 30, of East Main St., charged Tuesday night with creating a public disturbance, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer/resisting.

Antiwione McLean, 24, of Pierpont Ave. in New Haven, charged Tuesday morning with conspracy to commit third-degree larceny and issuing a bad check between $500-$1,000.

Nestor Alexander Morales, 21, of Liberty St., charged early Wednesday with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to obey a stop sign and failure ot drive right.

joaquin Ronald Oliva-Herrera, 30, of East Walnut St., charged Tuesday night with illegal possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs and operation of a drug factory.

Ashley Marie Pelazza, 21, of Alton Rd., charged Tuesday afternoon with possession of narcotics, sale of certain illegal drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
