Heise Chan, 31, of 109 Webbs Hill Road, Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for fifth-degree larceny.
Ramon Contreras, 36, of 117 West Main St., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for sixth-degree larceny and failure to appear in court in the second-degree.
Francisco Hernandez, 32, of 122 Cottage St., Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for marijuana possession, illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and improper turn/stop with no signal.
