Russell Carmichael, 26, of 117 Main St., Norwalk, was arrested at 9:13 a.m. for two counts of failure to appear in court.
Heriberto Irizzary, 18, of 1 Southfield Ave., Stamford, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. for failure to appear in court.
Lisa Marable, 49, of 54 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. for one count of third-degree criminal mischief, one count of interfering with an emergency call, one count of disorderly conduct and count of violating a protective order.

Jose Morales, 20, of 73 Liberty St., Stamford, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. for failure to appear in court.
Danielle Morris, 19, of 17 Emma Lane, Stamford, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. for illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper parking and possession of liquor in public.

Robert Williams, 58, of 22 Frederick St., Stamford, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. for one count of larceny in the sixth-degree.
