A 35 year-old man and his girlfriend were arrested on Tuesday after the two got into a fight over pornography found on a computer in their home, according to .
Noemi Roman, 35, of 180 Wardwell Street, allegedly arrived at the home she shares with Robert Jones and began to yell when she found pornography on the couple's computer. Roman reportedly threw a bar of soap at him and the two began to "scuffle" in the shower, according to police. Roman then allegedly tried to stab him with a pencil.
As Jones attempted to leave, police said, Roman broke his cell phone. The incident was witnessed by the couple's two year-old child. Jones was charged with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order. Roman was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
