City Man Charged in South End Club Murder

32-year-old Oscar Jeronimo was arrested and charged early Monday morning for stabbing and killing a man at club early Sunday morning.

arrested a 32-year-old man for murder early Monday morning for stabbing and killing a man at a South End club early Sunday morning, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Oscar Jeronimo was charged with first-degree murder and is being held in lieu of $500,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned in at in Stamford at noon.

According to police, Jeronimo allegedly stabbed a 31-year-old man after a fight outside of a club just before 2 a.m. Sunday morning. Police officers found the victim lying on the ground next to the Manhattan Strip Club near Pacific and Dock Streets.

The man, who was a Honduran native, died at late Sunday morning.
