A Stamford man double parked across two handicapped parking spots was arrested when investigating officers found he didn’t have a license, but did allegedly have bags of marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin.

following the sound of their mother's quacks accidentally fell into a storm drain on Main Street in Monroe on May 24.
