Arrests: Threatening, Income Tax, Probation Violation

Police arrested Gustavo Adolfo Tacatic, 31, of 30 Warren Street, at 8:30 p.m. on April 12 and charged him with second-degree threatening, third-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Tacatic took his neighbor's car without her permission, and as he backed out of the driveway, struck another vehicle, police said. When officers arrived to arrest him, he resisted, police said.

Cory Fitts, 27, of 34 Greenwood Hill Street was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on April 12 and charged with violation of probation.

Richard E. Rosedom, 22, of 126 Henry Street, first floor, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on April 12 and charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Richard Allen Testa, 63, of 8788 Mustang Island Circle, Naples, FL, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. on April 12 and charged with violation of state income tax requirements.
