Arrests: Third-Degree Unlawful Restraint, Sixth-Degree Larceny

Terrell Culver, 39, of 16 Rosepark Ave., Stamford, was arrested Tuesday for improper stop, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol and/or drugs and possession of a hallucinogen.
Carlos Garcia, 34, of 575 Maple Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday for sixth-degree larceny and possession of a hallucinogen.
Jeannie Jacilla, 49, of 3105 Cold Spring Road, Far Rockaway, NY, was arrested Monday failure to appear in a court in the first degree.

Jeremy Watson, 20, of 85 Camp Ave., Stamford, was arrested Monday for third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with an emergency call.
